time check in delay by room service, room's smell is very bad, air conditioner's sound too loud, the window can't lock and unclean towel still in there. But the breakfast is good

ĐỐI VỚI MÌNH VÀ GIA ĐÌNH. Trải nghiệm tốt lắm. Khuôn viên yên tĩnh, chụp hình đẹp, mọi người thân thiện, phòng ốc ở mức xứng đáng, đồ ăn sáng ngon và nhiều món. Chuyến đi lời chứ không lỗ :)

The resort is too old and not maintenance the room is just a guest house room rather than resort. It 's not value for money comparing with the same category in the area. With the same price and time can book and stay in The 3 stars hotel with buffet breakfast at central of Vung Tau City, an expensive place.

The room is large, the bed is very big, the blanket is ok, the bathroom is large, I am on the first floor, the hotel does not have an elevator, I can't get wifi in the room. Breakfast is not good, many common areas are not clean. The freshwater pool is okay, the saltwater pool has a lot of moss, it's slippery, it doesn't feel clean.

An ideal place to chill on the weekend next to Saigon. The resort is overloaded, so the staff is a bit slow but in return is very enthusiastic and cute. The minus point is that the restaurant cooks every dish is salty... it's not delicious at all. Should walk another 200m from the resort direction to the restaurant near the beach, the food is much better

Resort is very old. The equipment in the room is very old and degraded. The view is also quite ok. The beach is shallow and lots of rubbish. Room rates are quite high. If the price of Deluxe room 700 thousand, Standard 300 thousand is reasonable

Old room, old TV, air conditioner running water in the room, running for 2 hours, it was broken, the sheet was torn like a mouse gnawing. No phone to call reception. Too bad.

The room condition is too bad, the air conditioner is old, broken, the phone in the room is broken, the wifi is not available, when the resort is reported, it says that no one has fixed the internet cable. Dirty swimming pools and seawater pools are abandoned and cannot be used. Receptionist is not friendly, I checked out on 11/13 with the receptionist talking curtly, 1 hour thanking was not available (although I thanked her in advance). The receptionist forgot to give the breakfast voucher, when my family came in for breakfast, the restaurant staff and the receptionist took a long time to handle the phone, somehow, but the waitress brought breakfast to my table. say to serve the food first and then calculate the money. Making the guests really uncomfortable, the room I paid for a few million could not have cheated the restaurant by a few hundred thousand. The beach is full of trash. In general, do not dare to come back a second time. If the rating is from 1 to 10 points, I give this resort 1 point.
