- The room was dirty (floor), under the bed probably hadn't been swept for a long time, dust was thick, guests in other rooms also had the same problem. - The power outlet in the room was old and loose, it was quite difficult to conduct electricity when charging. - The toilet had a large gap that looked out to another room in the hotel, very inconvenient. The shower was very old, rusty, the water flowed extremely slowly & little, bathing took a lot of time.

Thank you Hotel for the unique and dedicated experience of the owner and staff. You always support guests promptly, very cute and the staff are very funny and kind. The hotel is near the airport, convenient for travel, quiet room, for privacy the hotel should cover the bathroom door. Thank you for the good service. Phòng ốc thì ok. Khi đặt phòng thì đã yêu cầu được nhận phòng sớm lúc 7h sáng và trả vào 6h sáng hôm sau . Nhưng khi đến thì bắt tới 11h cho nhận và hôm sau trả lúc 6h sáng thì bị phụ thu thêm 200k . Do là đặt cho người nhà không đi theo nên không thể làm gì được khi người nhà lớn tuổi rồi không tranh cãi được
