The hotel is right next to the beach, within walking distance, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff is enthusiastic and professional. The room is beautiful and comfortable for the price. However, the wifi here is unstable, difficult to use, and the water pressure is weak.

I really like Trang Ngan hotel. Staff and hotel reception are very enthusiastic. Rooms are clean and bright, fully equipped. My room also has windows overlooking the sea, very comfortable and cool sir. Next time going to Da Nang will definitely return to the hotel.

The hotel staff speaks and understands english. Friendly and accommodating as well. However, I lost my gold necklace and branded cap which I was sure I left in the hotel for an hour and half

Nhân viên thân thiện, vui vẻ. Thủ tục checkin checkout nhanh gọn lẹ. Phòng hơi cũ nhưng sạch sẽ, cách âm không tốt lắm, có tv nhưng không coi đc. Nhìn chung thì ổn trong tầm giá, nếu mn chỉ cần 1 chỗ để nghỉ ngơi sau 1 ngày đi chơi thì có thể tham khảo

I just need one bed, and the hotel gave me two double beds. It's so affordable if you go with friends. The location is near the beach, restaurant or cafe, also Dragon Bridge, just need 7-10 minutes by Grab bike. The hotel also provides laundry 30k dong for 1 kg.

My side booked the wrong date, but the hotel supported to change the date, I was very happy. Due to the wrong date, when I changed it back to the correct date, the hotel ran out of corresponding rooms, so I changed my family to facility 2 a few hundred meters away. In general, the room is quite ok, clean, spacious and airy, the price is quite cheap. My house only checked in at 11 o'clock but still went downstairs to do a food tour, a lot of delicious restaurants and services below, in general the location is quite ok. If I have a chance, I will come back here.

Booked a room with two beds, the staff told me "you can help me with one bed" 🥲 Fortunately, I only stayed for a few hours waiting to go to the airport, so I didn't care. Also the towels are very old. If normal, I definitely would never choose here.

The hotel staff is enthusiastic, but the hotel is quite old, the room has wooden cabinets but it is moldy. Especially the bed sheets were not changed/cleaned because when I got to the room, my hair was still there and the blanket was still stained yellow and dirty. But in return for the hotel near the sea, it's only a 2 minute walk to get there, but next time I come to Da Nang, I will not stay here, even though the price is cheaper than some other places.

Mình đặt phòng giá rẻ nhưng vẫn được set up phòng đẹp chắc do vắng khách. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, phòng thoáng đẹp, gần biển. Bạn lễ tân dễ thương, mình trả phòng trễ hơn dự kiến 1 tý nhưng vẫn linh động không thu phí. Nếu có dịp quay lại Đà Nẵng chắc chắn mình sẽ tiếp tục đặt phòng ở đây.
