what you pay what you get. Overall is ok. Check in on 8/4/18 check out on 11/14/18 1) cleanliness - seem no housekeeping. Floor is a bit sticky (no mop or vacuum during my 3 nights stay). The things on the table exactly where it was even though cleaner didn't bother to clean my used glass :(. We both stay in standard double room on 1st floor (bed quite comfy is king size bed) but the blanket looks not that clean. Bathroom never been clean up as I could see the hairs still on the floor. Hotel do provide 2 set of toothbrush and mini toothpaste, a comb, a mini bottle of shampoo and body shampoo for entire 3 nights stay (luckily we have our owns which obviously a shampoo and body shampoo not enough for 3 nights) 2) Service - receptionist can communicate simple basic English. Whatever you ask e.g. where is bus stop for bus to airport they will answer take taxi. Ask for map - don't have. Sometimes they provide inaccurate answer. 3) Location good - walking distance to Havana Hotel (Skylight), Aeon (Nha Trang Ctr), Nha Trang night market (few steps), around 15-20 min to Sailing Club and Louisane Brewery 4) Breakfast - needs to request. Each morning only 2 sunny eggs and 2 piece toast. Tea and coffee self service

Attentive enthusiastic staff, reasonable prices, convenient travel, all are satisfied. The room is a bit larger, the more amazing it is, if there's a chance to come back, I'll be here again.

With this price range, the quality of service like this is too ok, comfortable rooms, central location, and the biggest plus point is the receptionist as well as the other staff are very friendly and warm. Love, book tour to go to rest assured to ask the receptionist, book the whole tour without worrying about being cut, going back to Nam Nam if you have a chance to go to Nha Trang

The worst hostel I have ever stayed in, dirty bathrooms piled dirty staff clothes. the bed was dirty and actually not for guests, but staff. It's OK if it's cleaned, but it's not cleaned and is like their own room at home. I asked to be cleaned and finally cleaned by the staff. night at 1:30 I woke up, they were so noisy in my room and watching YouTube so hard. one staff member threatened me in Vietnamese when I asked to be cleaned

One of the best hotel I ever stayed. staff try so hard to help me even have limited english language. room is nice, more than what I am expected. breakfast include 2 fried eggs and 2 slices of bread. unlimited 24 hours coffee. love this hotel. recommended to all.
