We enjoyed our stay at the Vipol Hotel. The hotel is clean. It has a beautiful view of the beach and the city. The buffet offered a variety of foods, very fresh and yummy!! All the staff we encountered were super professional and friendly. Especially Mr. Nam, the manager, and Ms. Dong went out of the way and above what we expected to ensure our stay was an outstanding experience. We recommend anyone traveling in Mui Ne to stay at the Vipol Hotel. Thank you to all the staff at Vipol.

BTW. The hotel offered a short-distance ride within the city by the electric golf cart. The gentleman took us to a repair shop to fix the phone. Sorry, I forgot how to spell his name :(. Thank you very much!

My stay at Vinpol Mũi Né & Spa was pleasant and wonderful. The rooms were spacious and nice view from balcony. The breakfast was delicious and variety with a lots of option to choose. The staffs very attentive and responding quite well with all the requests.

My family had a very good experience at the hotel.
Right in the center of Mui Ne, near restaurants, many convenient supermarkets, close to the beach, there is an electric car to take you to the beach, the reception staff is very enthusiastic. The rooms have a nice view, clean, and are cleaned carefully

I returned to Vipol after 2-3 years or so and must praise Vipol for always doing a great job. The breakfast buffet was better, although it still had a sweet taste. The room was clean, all the details were perfect: staff attitude, music in the hallway, car to the beach, tissue paper under the condensed milk bottle in the coffee-breakfast area. Small things but only with heart can they be done!

Everything is good, except for 2 comments:
1. While having breakfast, cleaning with a broom is unfriendly. Sweeping continuously while the plate is placed low.
2. Fixed breakfast menu, only 1 dish changed is the drink during the 3 days of staying at the hotel.

I had a 2-day, 2-night family vacation here. The hotel is right on Nguyen Dinh Chieu, the center of Mui Ne. The room is beautiful - clean and luxurious - the staff is super attentive and friendly. The breakfast is good quality although there are few dishes. Everything is very good. Worth the money - will definitely stay again if traveling to Phan Thiet next time.

It can be said that I am very satisfied. 4-star hotel, mid-range but the service is quite attentive. The receptionists are very cute, check-in time is 2:00 p.m., when I contacted the hotel, they helped me check in early. The hotel supports wheelchairs, my family was given priority parking in the basement next to the elevator for easy movement (note that it is a transport machine). There is a driver to take guests to the nearby beach, in the afternoon you can go swimming or surfing, the driver is cute and enthusiastic. The bar is simple and compact, I asked the bartender to make me a drink that was quite smooth, (closes at 10:00 a.m.). The breakfast is varied, my parents ate well, the dessert counter is quite good (depending on each person's taste but above average - quite good). The room is clean and tidy, if you feel there is dirt on the floor, you can call the cleaning staff to clean it again. (My room had stains but I told the hotel to remind them a little bit) It's a pity that if I went on Thursday or Friday, the 22nd floor would have been opened and the view would have been better. The hotel's location is not far from beaches like Hon Rom. I went during the low season so it was more comfortable than during the tourist season. If you are not satisfied with anything, you can give feedback to the reception to fix it. Just enjoy it, don't be too harsh (even though I do QC)
