Huge hotel, rooms were very large clean comfortable and well appointed. The swimming pool is incredible and a big draw. Decent restaurants and 2 breakfast locations. Danang is a rather long narrow city and this is right at the top so we had to take grab everywhere but luckily they’re so cheap in Vietnam it wasn’t a problem. We had checked out of a different hotel in the centre and preferred this one by miles. Also very convenient for going to Bana Hills.

My stay at the Wyndham Danang Golden Bay was absolutely fantastic, and a large part of that was thanks to the phenomenal service. The hotel itself is beautiful, with large, clean rooms and stunning views. I want to especially commend a few staff members for their exceptional efforts: * Ms. Becky (Concierge): Ms. Becky went above and beyond to ensure our trip was smooth. She not only arranged transportation but also patiently helped us with practical tasks like installing a local SIM card, setting up the Grab app, and recommending various local attractions. * Ms. Emma: Her translation assistance was invaluable for our travel needs, making our journey much easier. * Ms. Tee: Her thoughtful and attentive service at the reception and during our meals was a true highlight of our stay. This was a truly wonderful vacation, and the staff's dedication is why I highly recommend this hotel and give it a well-deserved 5-star rating.

When i first entered the bathroom, there was a bunch of long hair still stuck on the shower wall. My hair is short so it couldn't have been mine. They cleaned within 30 mins. On Day 2, the room was not cleaned when I came back after a hot day out, at 2:30pm. They said the cleaning is after 2pm. In the end, I just asked for fresh towels. Other than these incidents, everything was up to 5-star standard.

Pros; -exceptional view -clean -spacious -nice staff -complimentary toiletries in bathroom was nice Cons: -far away from town (10minutes away) -missing kitchen utensils (dishes, bowls, cups, pots, eating utensils etc to use with full kitchen) -all in one washer and dryer- washes great but does not dry clothing (took 2 hours for just 4 piece of underwear)

We really enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Golden Bay. The staff was very courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. This would more than make up for some of the things that could be considered as shortcomings in the hotel amenities. The breakfast buffet both in the Premium Lounge and 3rd floor restaurant were excellent. The pool was too crowded at the time we went up but picking the right time could be nice. They offer free beach shuttle but need to make reservation 24hr before but they were nice enough to accommodate us at the last minute.

I was very disappointed with my stay. My sister had stayed here in October 2022 and was very satisfied, which is why she recommended we return. We booked a room for two nights, and I later reserved additional rooms for my uncle and two cousins arriving the next day. While checking in, my sister and I were sitting in the lobby. Afterward, we walked with a staff member toward the elevator when a female staff member abruptly stopped us and questioned my cousin about how many people were booked for the room and why there were so many of us. The staff member escorting us explained the booking was for three people and that my sister and I had already been staying since the previous day. The woman’s tone was rude and felt discriminatory toward Vietnamese guests. If she holds a senior role, she should understand basic customer service. She should have verified our bookings before confronting us so disrespectfully. Her condescending attitude was unacceptable. All guests, Vietnamese or not, deserve equal respect. At checked out, I asked several staff members for her name, but all claimed not to know her, which was clearly untrue. Eventually, someone near the entrance told me her name is Toàn. That said, most of the staff (bellboys, lobby) were polite, kind, and attentive, which I appreciated. Our room was spacious and comfortable overall. However, the hotel looks a bit old, and there aren’t enough pool lounge chairs for the number of guests.

Stayed for 2 nights and wish it were longer. Lovely place maintained to a high standard with a lovely roof top pool which gave great views. Complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch. Breakfast was poor as although there was a huge choice, the items I selected weren’t hot. Staff however were fantastic. Would love to stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights and wish it were longer. Lovely place maintained to a high standard with a lovely roof top pool which gave great views. Complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch. Breakfast was poor as although there was a huge choice, the items I selected weren’t hot. Staff however were fantastic. Would love to stay again.

It was very comfortable. The beds are good. Our room has kitchenette but there are no plates and utensils. Other than that. We had a great time during our stay. We slept good.
