Hotel acogedor, limpio, area segura y su equipo de trabajo excelente. Resaltando a Roberto que dio la milla extra para que estuviera comodo y a gusto. Ser humano especial. Definitivamente volveria a quedarme.

This worked well for my family of 5, since the small sofa in the room was a futon. We enjoyed the park that is across the street for walking/running. Parking at the parking garage next door was convenient and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and the included breakfast was tasty.

Safe and quiet area.

Rooms suspicious. Breakfast delicious. Bedrooms had bugs, spiders, bathroom had a lot of mold and the AC blew moldy air into the bedroom. The bed was dirty with bugs, dust, and human hair and beard. All the bed linens had yellow stains. The shower curtain was old. I recommend them actually cleaning the rooms and replacing the bed linens and shower curtains. Area was walkable to local restaurants and is safe.

Great people. The staff is great!! Breakfast is nice for the price. Carlos took care of us during our breakfast time and he made us feel like home. Very nice guy, he gave us good tip how to move around in the city.

We must have low standards. I read some reviews on this hotel that complained about dingy/shredding towels; no window, etc. We had a room with a window opening to the hallway and hallway magically turned into a courtyard with daylight and delightful sounds of birds. Our towels were not the whitest or newest, but we weren’t looking for pristine towels. But I’ll tell you the staff was friendly, helpful, attentive; the food in their restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. Our room was large enough for us. It was clean. The hotel felt elegant, yet we paid so little. We would most certainly stay here again.

For the price, this hotel was great in terms of room size, location, and tranquilo.

Room had a dirty spoon in the sink when we arrived. Kitchenette was lacking mugs. Seemed like it was not cleaned prior to arrival.

Tengo la opción de quedarme en muchos hoteles pero la movilidad y el profesionalismo del señor Roberto siempre me hace inclinar para hospedarme con ustedes

Room service, no water bottle in the room

Siempre me ha gustado este Hotel desde un inicio. Ya tengo varios años de ir y me agrada simplemente porque el señor Roberto es un gran caballero y muy servicial. Siempre anuente y siempre positivo para poder colaborar. Hace una gran diferencia para mi toma de decisiones en donde hospedarme en San José.

The front desk staff are very courteous and accommodating. The host for breakfast in the restaurant also very courteous. The breakfast is good. I would definitely stay at the Rincon again.
