The pool is amazing and the breakfast is so good! It was a fun weekend away!

For naturalist it is a Gem!! Right next to the river and Greenbelt Lots to do Breakfast buffet amazing, Perfect for everyone

The whole stay was great! Food and service in the Sand Bar was wonderful. Staff at the pool was friendly. We will recommend to friends and we will be back Thanks!

Great stay. Lively but also calm quiet area with several walkable places to eat. Only negative to offer is that the room needed more lighting. We had a water pipe inexplicably burst under our sink at 11 at night. Called front desk and maintenance arrived quickly and guest services moved us to another room. Recognizing that accidents happen, I applaud the hotel’s redd ads pines and handling.

The rooms and property were amazing and full of activities. That being said, the entire place had a super weird smell that was not pleasant. Overall would stay again and enjoyed the staff and activities

When I was checking in they charged my credit card a fee in case I caused damage to the room. Only, they charged it 3 times. After I checked out thy charged my credit card 5 times more even though they said I didn't owe anything when I checked out. I had to call to try to clear things up and I will have to check my card to see if the charges were credited back to me. If they can't fix this problem I would say don't stay there! By the way - Expedia told me the price I would pay. Didn't mention 8 extra fees.

Ate with the kids by the pool after swimming for hours! Great time, great location, helpful friendly staff.

The staff was wonderful and it’s a fun hotel. Our room specifically had a bees nest and the screen door was broken so we couldn’t access the balcony. The shower was hard to regulate the temperature and the bath tub drain wouldn’t work, so the tub will fill up with water. The pools are nice but there are duck that they let swim in the outdoor pool. All in all it was an ok stay

Good service

Nice accommodating staff, clean and safe. Only issue was the AC in the room. Never seemed to get below 73 from what the wall read. Other than that, I would highly recommend this spot to friends and family.

Beautiful Riverside location with amazing flowers. I liked being by the pool. Only difficulty was the sliding glass door stuck really badly and was almost impossible to open and close.

Extremely pet friendly hotel and restaurants. Boise River pathway is wonderful to walk.

Service in the restaurants was not good. Slow and inattentive. Food just ok. Requested to be reseated twice and were told we couldn't be because it was a certain server's turn - can't they just take the table in a different section and make your customers happy?

Love that we can lay by the pool during the day and walk to a number of restaurants at night. Or stay at the hotel and eat at 1 of their restaurants.

The facilities were good, swimming pools especially. However, we really did not like the guest atmosphere and vibe. It was like an out of control party hotel. Children and teenagers were running through the halls, screaming, and slamming doors with no adult supervision until 2:30a the night we were there. The staff was not responsive about the problem. The full sit down breakfast advertised was in fact a buffet with limited options, little to no vegetarian options, eggs without cheese, regular pastries that are not dessert. There was live music at breakfast, which normally might be nice, but it was loud electric guitar and singer. We were told there were no other tables away from the music.
