Great property however cable television needs to be upgraded, must of the channels were showing very old shows.

One of the best alternatives in Caracas. It is secure and very convenient. Also, the food store at the ground floor is a big plus.

Very bad experience,we got stolen from housekeeping,they forgot us 3 days and the day of the checkout GM came to offer dinner in they day of checkout 😂 5 star hotel and we got that service
