Room had a strong smell of curry at check in. There was hair in the shower and stains on bedding. We could hear other customers through the walls. Overall, ok for a quick stay but would not have wanted to stay more than 1 night.

I was at an event that wasn’t over u til after 11pm. By the time we got to the hotel it was almost midnight. The front desk attendant assured me that my room would still be available no matter what time. The hotel was full! She was very friendly and checked us in quickly. I wish I had gotten her name! She was awesome. Our room was very clean! The bed was comfortable and it had everything that was promised. The bathroom could use a bit of a make over but it was clean!!

The first room we were assigned had stains on the bedding and the room did not appear clean. We switched to a room that also had stained bedding (which someone came to change per our request), dirty towels, a dead bug in the bathroom, mold on the air conditioning unit and overall, the room did not meet our standards of cleanliness. We only stayed because they told us that due to booking through a third party, we would not receive a refund. The breakfast options were very limited, so we opted to eat out. We chose this location in part because the breakfast was included. I would not recommend staying at this hotel and we will not return.

The lady at the desk did not want to be bothered. There was a group of guys playing poker at the big table until 4 in the morning so no sleep and the room was dirty.

For the price this was great. The following were minor issues but could easily be fixed. Check in took too long (for me and the person ahead of me) because of the process. I think it was 15+ minutes after we walked in the door at 12:30am before we got a key. The system in use has too many, unnecessary steps. Right after the clerk scanned my driver's license and gave it back to me she had me verbally provide my address well, she typed it into a computer. What is wrong with their system that the address was not already in there, either from my reservation or my license. Then there were a lot if initial here, sign there, things. The breakfast area is very small and was mobbed at 9am on a Saturday morning. To be expected, but make some minor changes to help. For instance, a second microwave, even just stacked on top of the one there would allow more people to heat the refrigerated breakfast sandwiches. Staff dealt with everything as efficiently as possible. Finally, leave a tip for your room cleaners, people. They have the most physically difficult jobs in the industry!

Breakfast stale

The property was extremely dingy in person, with dead bugs left untouched for days. Our room was made up with visibly dirty sheets and towels, and long hair was found throughout. The continental breakfast was minimal, with very poor food quality and zero consideration for dietary restrictions. The dining area was filthy—tables and floors covered in food—and the juice machine was empty. It was clear the property owners lived on-site, frequently walking around barefoot and allowing their children to turn the dining area into a playroom once it closed. Their constant presence and behavior, including staring at guests and speaking only among themselves, made the environment uncomfortable. Overall, it felt like the focus was on profit, not hospitality. We left after the first night due to how gross it was, but unfortunately, the woman at the front desk did not seem surprised when we expressed our dissatisfaction with the property and we were not refunded for the rest of our stay. Would not recommend.

The staff was great and the location is perfect for being less than 20 minutes away from Hershey Park. The room was immaculate, however, one of the bedspreads should have been completely replaced due to having an older stain, and the bathroom needed some tlc maintenance. Overall though, still a great spot. Also, breakfast is included, which is a plus for families. FYI - pool is a little small, and looks bigger in the pictures.
