roaches were in my hotel room and when i asked for a refund for the night i was denied

The hotel needs to be renovated. There was a mildew smell and the doornob in the bathroom was broken. Told management about the smell and nothing was done.

Dirty sheets and stains on towels and pillows

The check in was bit slow but the room was clean.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First, they ran out of towels. When I asked for fresh ones, they told me I had to bring the dirty ones down myself—they wouldn’t bring anything to the room. Then, while lying on the bed, I noticed a bunch of black specks crawling on the white comforter… it was ants. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I later pulled the covers apart and found old, dried blood on the comforter. I had been sleeping on top of it (I usually don’t sleep under hotel comforters), which is why I didn’t notice it right away. Completely disgusting. I reported everything to the front desk the next morning and asked for the room to be cleaned. When we came back later that day, the room had been tidied up—but they left the same bloody comforter on the bed. Between the bugs, the blood, and the lack of basic service, this hotel is absolutely unacceptable. I will never stay at a Comfort Suites again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in multiple occasions and every thing is always great. The only thing I wasn’t happy about this time was the fact that the elevator was broken for several hours and I was traveling with my mom and aunt who is older and they had to go up and down the stairs . Other than that my stay was great as usual.

It’s clean and nice

First room was very smelly, stink so bad we were moved to another room. Upon inspection of the bed there were some type of stains on the mattress pad. Just disgusting. Had to find another hotel to stay at. Tried to get a refund it that didn’t happen.

Room was cheap and huge with high ceilings on 1st floor, but everything in the room felt wet and it reeked strongly of mold and mildew.

No issues

Double charged for my room. No pool. No TV. Zero convenience with little comfort

Last minute overnight stay due to family emergency. Quick check in with a clean & comfy room. Free breakfast in the morning was great!!
