Its most horrible stay I had in Malta for past ten years. The did not even provide water. When I asked for refilling they said breakfast time is over they cannot provide any water. How come hotel do not allow to refill water any time. Staff is very rude and honestly do not recommend any one to stay here. Also their reception is on 8th Floor which is wierd.

Right in the heart of Malta's night club area, which is extremely busy every evening, particularly weekends. The hotel is very clean with helpful staff. The breakfast was good, but for some reason no fried eggs which I thought was odd.

Staff Anu, vijay, uzma, saviour, short young girl at breakfast all helpful. Rooms were all tidied and clean by staff. Overall enjoyed stay.

The manager was very nice

Centrally located nice environment, friendly staff. Room is clean and comfortable. Would be wonderful if the room has refrigerator(even a small one) and some place to put our clothes in other than keeping them in or luggages on the floor and jumping around!

The hotel has everything you need for a business trip or a short vacation. Rooms are clean and the staff is great! Would stay again.

Was not told about noisey pubs and clubs open to 04.00 am, had to change rooms

Liked the cleanliness of the hotel but the lift card system is inconvenient so is the reception on the 8th floor instead of the ground floor.

I like the property especially pool I just didn’t like the noise because couldn’t sleep

Breakfast is good!

The included breakfast it really lovely. The area is loud with nightlife and construction but nothing ear plugs can’t fix.

Very nice, light, airy, modern rooms - at the back very quiet and at the front not too noisy at all. I had one week in each location. Comfortable chair and table in the room, but the bathroom is a bit cramped. Very personable, helpful and committed staff. Good (and well priced) bar and room service menus, and an excellent breakfast with lots of choice (a hallmark of HIE). In February/March excellent value for money (EUR 65/75 a night B&B at the back/front including EUR 5 for fridge) - but looking forward to June/July for a follow up visit, the rate more than triples to nearly EUR 200 a night!

Great hotel and location but surrounded by a building site with many new and refurbishments and associated cranes and equipment. Will be great when it’s finished

Very good stay, superb housekeeping, very good breakfast and lovely staff. I would stay again. It is very close to nightlife but we didn’t find the noise too bad in our second floor room and only heard music on Saturday night.

Superb hotel, breakfast was lovely, rooms were excellent and clean. Spa access was a bonus. A special thanks to Mohani for looking after us. Whilst the hotel is in a busy area for nightlife, the hotel has super thick double glazing so noise wasn't an issue for us.

Holidaying with family and stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Very happy with everything about this hotel including the access to a freat gym, indoor pool and spa. The rooms were very clean and had everything you would need. The breakfast was excellent, very tasty and great range of options. The location was fantastic with easy access to transport, shops, beaches and restaurants. The staff, including reception, kitchen staff and the cleaners were brilliant, very friendly,polite and helpful.

Extremely good value for money for the time of year away from peak season. Had concerns about noise in the area but the double balcony doors provided very good noise insulation as did the white noise from AC so wasn’t an issue. Staff very friendly and professional, especially Gvantsa whom I made a point of noting her name down as she was so very helpful and friendly. As part of the IHG group you could use facilities next door and order intercontinental room service which was a big plus which could be delivered to either room or ninth floor restaurant area/terrace. Room was clean and functional and only improvement would be a small fridge but appreciate for price point and rating this isn’t standard but could be offered for some rooms with option to pay extra etc. There is construction work in the area but didn’t cause us any issues but to be aware of. We had a number of excursions booked that picked us up here because it’s a main location and it was also handy for Ubers as well as bus. Lots of shops nearby and you can walk along promenade for few hours to other major hubs easily.
