Ms. Nury and Mr. Wayan were very helpful when I checked in. The service was very good and friendly, the room was fragrant and clean, very very comfortable, and the lobby was also very clean.

Ms. Nuri, the receptionist, and Ms. Wayan HK were very helpful in helping me to get my luggage and reschedule my ticket because there was an error. The service was very good and fast.

Highly recommended if you need accommodation within the airport. It's located in Terminal 1A, but there's drop-off to other airport terminals if your flight isn't in 1A. The rooms are okay, and you'll be reminded of your departure time.

The receptionist, Nuri, was friendly and smiling, so it was nice to hear her explanation, she was very patient when explaining, even the check-in time was moved up so it was nice to stay here, the hotel equipment was also not fake, it was of good quality especially the toothbrush, it was cool.

The receptionist named Nuri explained in a soft tone and with a smile, so it was nice to see her, especially since there was a delivery to the intended terminal, the best!!!

It was tiring to carry the suitcase up, not a single security guard helped me, and when I asked for a minute to pray the Dhuhur prayer when checking out, the receptionist didn't allow it, because she said check out was at 12 noon. How stingy.

For passengers from far away, Bandung for example, family travel with the following scheme:
1. Bring a car from Bandung
2. Overnight parking at the airport (T3)
3. Early morning flight
4. No more than three nights
This hotel is an interesting choice!

I always stay at this hotel when I have morning flights. The hotel is at the airport, you just need to drag your luggage, no need taxi, walking distance. The thing is the hotel does not lift. The staff helps to take the luggage up. It is not recommended for senior citizens, people with wheelchairs, and big luggage.
