If motorcycles aren't allowed in the basement, at least provide the same facilities to protect them from getting wet in the rain. We're all paying for the same service, why should we differentiate? Improve behavior, especially with security guards; don't just be friendly to those driving cars.

In short, I always feel comfortable here every time I stay at CRB, even almost once a month I stay here, it's really comfortable here, the cleanliness, staff, etc. are all really good.
