The staff was very helpful. When the hot water wouldn't turn on, they immediately fixed it and it was ready to use.

So far all the facilities are good, the only downside is the service, there is one guy who is not very friendly, otherwise it's okay, I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights

I stayed here in 2015 and it was great. When I came back in 2025, the conditions were poor. I stayed in room 8. The shower was in terrible condition, with water coming out only once or not at all. The walls and ceiling were damp, and the AC was noisy.

Well..overall nice place, the staff is very helpful. Unfortunately when we stayed the swimming pool was a bit dirty so we couldn't swim, the peaceful atmosphere is really nice to get away for a while, thank you Rumah Teras Jogja☺️😊

I stayed for 3 days 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. For the price per night of 300 during Eid, it is relatively cheap and suitable for resting after a day of traveling around Jogja. The location is not too far from the city center and is suitable for those who want to find peace from the noise of the city. The condition of the room is quite clean, the hot water is active but too hot. On the last night there was a power outage because the electricity token ran out, but the property immediately turned on the generator and topped up the electricity token.

the towel had a musty smell like it wasn't dry, but when I told the caretaker I immediately replaced it with a new towel, the room smelled a bit like musty, the atmosphere was very calm

Take 2 rooms for room number 4, the air conditioner is not cold enough, maybe it needs to be serviced again, for the mattress is too flexible, I usually use an orthopedic mattress, but maybe it's equivalent to the price, right?

Amazing place to stay, clean and low budget

The place is nice, pretty clean, but unfortunately the toilet flush is dead.

The location is ok, comfortable and there is a swimming pool in front of the room. But warm water is broken. Then the water comes out very small. Maybe because of the quest house. The parking area is also narrow. Incidentally I was out of Bogor. Until evening. So when there is a problem, it's quite disappointing too. Moreover, the telephone number cannot be contacted.

The guest house is nice, comfortable, overall from the bedroom, the bathroom is okay clean. The service is also friendly. Excellent for a Jogja terrace house 🥰❤.
