close to the airport and around there are many shops and food places and other things. I have been to this hotel twice.

At early morning, 3/4 am, the occupants of the upper room are extremely noisy, making it very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel establishes a policy regarding customer rights and comfort.

Good location, near the airport, near McDonald's, near mini markets, and lots of restaurants too.

Everything was great except the room convenience. This hotel actually has more facilities than other hotels alike, it provides, hair dryer, AC, fan, water and more lightning. But the room placement is very space-inefficient tbat it ended up making the room very limited for any activities, and the air circulation is also not good, unhealthy and even dangerous. I could not sleep well. It offers airport transfer as well but it's so expensive. It's a lot cheaper if you use Grab app to Salak Tinggi station and then take KLIA express to the airport than to directly go to the airport. The hospitality of the staffs were good tho. This actually has a potential to be a good hotel if they improve the room areangement and fix the air circulations.

The facilities provided are in accordance with the price offered. Although food is not provided at the hotel, there are many food options around the hotel that can be enjoyed. The location of the hotel is suitable for an overnight stay before or after 1 trip / continuing the trip to the next destination.

Choosing this hotel only because it is relatively close to KLIA (Airport) and arriving in KL is already around 10 pm. If arriving in the morning/afternoon, prefer to directly book a hotel in KL nta.

Petugas kurang ramah, socket listrik mati 1, air panas tidak berfungsi.

The price is not friendly for just a shophouse that has been transformed into a hotel, the water also smells too much of chlorine. but yes, it's good to be supported by a diverse culinary environment.

Good counter service. Fast check in & out. But 1 important disadvantage ~ hot water in the bathroom not functioning 👎😭.

The area is ok for transit, lots of food around it. But the hotel is not clean. I ordered a taxi from the hotel to go to the airport the next morning for 4. The written rate was 35MYR. When I came to sit in the front seat, I was asked to add 55MYR, in the end it was tight in the middle. Arriving at the airport, the driver forced us to pay 55MYR. Very unpleasant experience.

The hotel is dirty. I found small roaches in the room and my girlfriend was terrified. The WiFi was really bad as it was hard to open some applications as we needed to make plans for our next trip. It was a disaster. I tested with other websites such as YouTube and even the speed test. The staff was terrible as we felt we were scammed. The short distance travel from the hotel to the airport cost 50RM as it was a shared car that took another 3 passengers. We were promised that the car would be a reserved car for only 2 of us but eventually it came with other passengers. Very bad experience and don't stay here! As I understand from other hotels, it only costs 10 per passenger if it 's shared car. I will not recommend people to stay here and avoid this hotel!

While taking there NO hot water after a few minute. So just pack everything and check out as earlier planning to extend another night.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Close to many places to eat. The hairdryer is tight and works fine. The air conditioner is cold and there is a fan. Hot shower therapy, the water is not that warm. The room wasn't as clean as I expected based on the reviews from the application. There is dust on the side of the bed and lights.

The mattress is itchy like a curse, you can't sleep, so maybe it's because the room doesn't have a window. The same as getting a room on the 3rd floor, the elevator only reaches the 2nd floor, it's a bit of a scam.

Value For Money. Nice locationso many eateries.
