I arrived late at night and checked in. The hotel staff is really nice, he is still the same man I met 2 years ago. Very kind of him to help me check in at ease. But, I think they must improve the cleanliness in the bedroom and bathroom. I have ever stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and the room was totally clean, so this time I stayed here again and I was really shocked when I entered the bedroom and found out the floor was full of dust. There is some moldy spot in the bathroom. The toilet tissue must be replaced to another place, because it is placed right under the shower, so the tissue always gets wet.

Stayed in twice for my medical checkup, friendly staffs and near with historical places. Would like to staycation again for my family trip

I booked for 2 days and added an extra day. Nice staff and clean room. Accessible to restaurants, cafes, markets, pharmacies, and KPJ hospital.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is not really close to the city center, but it's still okay to have Grab and take the bus. Near Masjid Kampong Ayer.

Large, comfortable room. Satisfied to relax there is only some noise during entrance because there are renovation works. But because the sitting room was only midnight so she did not interfere with sleep time.

The hotel is comfortable, clean and nice. Near the hotel there is McDonald's and a convenience store. If you just want to buy snacks / canned drinks / mineral water / instant cup noodles in the hotel lobby, they sell. There is a deposit of 50m which will be returned at check-out. From the hotel to because the city / jab city sequare ride grab 8-10 rm. only me the walls of the hotel are thin, so that if the next room opens the door / the sound of the vehicle / cook the hot water sounds clear. But it's okay to just rest.

Pros: Clean, comfortable bed and pillows, big bathroom. Cons: Room was too small, no toothbrush provided, no table which is a huge turn off. All in all, a good stay. Would recommend if they can put a table in the room for business visitors.
