Satisfied staying here twice every time I go to Jogja

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. From the outside, the hotel looks luxurious… The hotel is quite close to Malioboro Street, just 1.6 km from the hotel to the starting point.

The staff is friendly, the hotel restaurant is too small so when having breakfast there are many visitors who often bump into other visitors, the restaurant staff is small so when the spoons and food run out, it takes a long time to refill them.

This hotel is really good, the staff service is really informative and helpful. I forgot to bring a hijab pin so I just asked the front receptionist and the staff looked for it. Thank you very much, I'm sorry I forgot to ask her name 🥹 The room is also comfortable, but the sink is a bit blocked so the water takes a while to flow. The breakfast is okay, not really good but not bad either, just lacking in variety. The location is pretty close to Malioboro, the walk is not too tiring but for example if you don't want to walk you can take a rickshaw or delman because it's just a short walk from Malioboro. The hotel's position is near the red light so sometimes it's a bit difficult to cross because it's stuck at the red light but the security is quick to help you cross. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, can try it again if you go to Jogja next time 👍🏻👍🏻

Turn right From the hotel 3x red lights straight to Point 0, take a pedicab for 15-20 thousand 👍 The main course breakfast is delicious, minus I got pumpkin cream soup but it's not thick enough, the rest is delicious 😍 There are games in the lobby area that are paid for with coins @5000. so far so good

Everything is safe, except that soap is only available in the shower area, which is 5 steps from the toilet. So it's difficult if you want to wash your face 😭 I think this hotel should provide bar soap in the sink area. The breakfast is not very varied and the taste is standard. Especially for white bread, maybe you can research suppliers who have good quality bread. The room is very nice. Comfortable bed, good space to move around. I booked the deluxe one. Then the sound from the bathroom is also well dampened so it's not noisy. Great. The location is very strategic, comfortable and suitable for walking around the hotel in the morning. Maybe I will stay here again, but without breakfast (and I think I will bring my own soap 🫠).

Too many unreasonable rules... and lack of cleanliness

Strategic location, friendly staff, but comfort is lacking because the lighting is very minimal, the room is dark, and the towels and sheets are also not very clean.

Just maintain the service, it's already good.

Overall it's okay, it's just a shame that a hotel as nice as this can't have hot water 😂, am I just not tech-savvy, but I've tried various modes and waited for quite a long time, but the tap water for bathing still doesn't get warm/hot 🙏. Finally, I have to take a shower with whatever water I have, lol.

Overall okay 👌, but your staff's friendliness is bad and they're looking at us like poor people or something, not as tourists and guests. I paid full prices like others, but your front office staff, especially the woman, act so rude to local guests but smile at foreigners. I don't recommend them to be your receptionist.

The hotel staff is very friendly, we stayed with our 2 children and did not get any additional charge. The location is not too far from Malioboro.

the hotel is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, there are herbal drinks according to my morning habits hehe, the staff are friendly. check in time can also be accelerated, the rule is 3 o'clock, at 2 o'clock you can enter. overall good for that price. only I ordered the wrong room, instead of superior twin I wanted to upgrade the room to full, so the husband and wife slept separately 😄

It was very enjoyable for me and my family to stay here, the rooms were cute, clean, the food was delicious and complete, the staff were very friendly and it was close to everywhere, to Malioboro, to souvenir shops, just walk, if you want to hang out and drink coffee, just walk forward, aaaaaaahh, I was happy, next time I go to Jogja, I will definitely come back to this hotel, fasting

It's been good. Maintained. And the old customer price is considered and given a discount. Have often and over 5 years stayed at Ayana hotel.
