Highly recommended 5 mins walk to MRT and easy to get food

The bad service can't come anymore, it's said to be cheap, so give the room whatever you want, bad, don't ever come here.

I did not stay at this hotel because when I wanted to check-in, the father of the receptionist did not serve politely and well. And he also said that 1 room can only be for 2 people, whereas in this application I booked 1 deluxe room for 3 people. The point is I am very dissatisfied with the service there because I just wanted to check in. The receptionist did not serve politely. So I moved lodging and had to give up my money at this hotel.

The Man who works at night at the front is very useless and disrespectful And very lazy , Hope you won’t see him . Cheap Cz of the service is cheap. Not even a tooth brush .

Not too comfortable and stuffy, smelly.

This hotel is good and cook for family vacations. We came three of us, my husband, and our teenage children. The rooms provided (family room) are good and well-maintained, the receptionist and other officers also serve kindly. The hotel is very close to Petaling which is a shopping and culinary center so it is very easy to shop at very affordable prices.

The hotel was very clean and the bathroom smell was also fresh. Our check in was fast and the staff very friendly. The air conditioning is central, you can't set it, but the temperature was just perfect. Location in the heart of chinatown. Supermarket in in walking distance. It is a perfect place to stay for your visit in KL.

At first it was rather difficult to find a hotel. Because of its location in the market, overall the rooms are nice, comfortable and cheap. Then if you want to go shopping just go down.

There are stairs before going to the lobby. Just be ready if you carry a big suitcase. The receptionist is a girl with an old opa chiness, so it can't be expected. But from the lobby to the room there is an elevator, the room is also clean and quite big. all satisfying lah!

China Town Inn Hotel The location is indeed in the middle of China Town. Lots of food. Lots of souvenir sales. The location is difficult to reach by vehicle because it was crowded with traders, especially during the afternoon hours. We did not stay here. Because apparently not in accordance with expectations. That is, we expect a lift from the ground floor for the facilities of our parents who use wheelchairs. But the elevator is on the top floor and access to the stairs to the upper floor is too high for a wheelchair to reach. Finally we did not stay overnight because it was not as expected.

the location is near to everywhere. the room is okay. unless, they have very hard rule: no check in before 14.00. so, the lobby looked like refugees camp. it's because peak season.

The location was excellent since it was very near from pudu central so from KLIA we can use bus, then walking from pudu central you only need to walk about 300m; and manny food stall especially Chinese food, but if you come at night all the street were full with stall of night market. The good one it has elevator but to enter the lobby you have to go upstairs. The lack were the room so small and the linen were dirty.

The service is okay but the communication is the other one who wants to throw a cell phone to him, a kind of non-guest we made, annoyed at this hotel.

Give a room that is not in accordance with the order. He said photographs are just examples. Just remember the example, even more rude the receptionist said you were paying cheap so you shouldn't complain. Please just for him still want to book at this hotel.
