This was such an amazing stay ! Very peaceful atmosphere and great employees!

Our room wasn’t cleaned any while we were there (and had been told it had been). We had to request towels every day and wait for up to an hour to get them when they should have been delivered during the day so we could shower when we got in each evening. Was also credited where I was overcharged and then recharged part of it. Will not return.

Rooms are decent. But smelled like cigarettes. No one was ever at front desk. Trash outside always full.

The stay was ok. Had to wait to be checked in due to no one at desk bc she was cleaning the room that we got. Asked for clean towels but didn't get any. Need a pool!!!

We rented 2 rooms. The King suite on the ground floor, had a musty odor to it. Over all the room was nice but there was some stains on couch. The double queen on the the 2nd over all appeared clean. However when trying to use the pull out couch there was tons of "stuff" under it. From food pieces to a vape. Also a large stain on the couch cushions. They seemed to be under staffed. I requested additional towel several time and didn't receive them until after we used the small hand towels to shower with because we had engagements to be at and couldn't wait any longer.

The stay was great felt like I never left home

I was very excited to stay in this non-traditional hotel because of the full kitchen and proximity to where we needed to be. We had great communication prior to arrival because we were arriving late and there is not staff on site 24 hours. Lockbox instructions to get the keys were the end of the great part of my stay. Upon entering the room, there was a very strong odor of cigarette smoke (non smoking room) that they had attempted to cover up with some sweet smelling something. The windows were left WIDE open (it was 40 degrees out) to cover the smell. It didn’t work. I spoke to a desk agent the next morning (who was VERY sweet and apologetic), but the best she could do was give me something to spray and comp the second night because they were at capacity. She tried. Night 2… I went to find a plate and fork in the fully stocked kitchen and found bare cupboards and one knife in a drawer. A little searching found a dishwasher filled with dirty dishes and a horrible odor. I sent a message that night. I left a message the next morning. No one has responded. Completely unsanitary and disgusting.

Room was clean. Everyone was pleasant. Plenty of parking near your room. Loved the way the room was laid out. Comfortable in both the living/kitchen area. And nice Comfortable beds and pillows. Would definitely recommend staying here !!! If ever in Rock Hill South Carolina again, I'll book another room here.

We will stay here next year! Management is great, communication is very good. We enjoyed everything about this facility. Clean, convenient location and courteous staff. Perfect place to stay at a very reasonable rate.

I will definitely be back for another stay soon.

No ice machine, no live person on duty at night. Couldn’t get clean towels

The room was very clean so was the outside . The hallway smelt amazing. Definitely give this 8/10 would definitely stay here again.

The area was nice. The hotel was understaffed and my room was not that clean. The sheets had weird stains, the floor was dusty, and the hot/cold water knob in the shower was on backwards. also the TV was an inconvenience when connecting gaming consoles (hotel welcome screen took up most of the screen leaving a small window for the game and/or tv shows to watch through). The walls were thin enough to hear conversations, people stomping upstairs and closing doors in the next room. Even though the staff was nice, I wouldn’t stay here again.
