I found the hotel's location to be strategic, the staff friendly, the rooms clean, the breakfast menu varied, and most importantly, there were Muslim-friendly options. Near the hotel is the Tokyo Chinese Muslim Restaurant.

The hotel was awesome, the staff were very helpful and kind. They tried to help you even though their English was limited, but they used a translator machine to explain. All around, the hotel made our journey perfect. I would like to stay again in this hotel when I come back to Japan.

I love this place, so homey. Richmond never fail you. Nice place for family.

5 Minutes walk from Kinshicho station. Room size is relatively large, we were able to fit 4 medium size luggages. Though, a little bit noisy at night with sound from outside the street.
