Staff was welcoming and informative about the neighborhood and things to do. The hotel was lively and the bar and pool were both a vibe.

Very cute and stylish hotel. Room was clean and comfy! Front desk staff and valet staff very nice. Great location too, easy walk to some good restaurants.

Conveniently located near the Warehouse/Arts District. The staff was really good (valet, front desk, security and bar tenders). The overall condition of the property was really well maintained and the aesthetic was modern and quirky. I recommend this hotel to most people who are willing to pay a bit more for convenience, walkability and tons of good food options nearby.

Within 5hrs of checking in, our vehicle was damaged due to attempted break in. Neither the hotel nor the valet company takes responsibility.

Great location, needed some updates but not enough to be a issue

We let the hotel know about a special occasion and received no acknowledgment of it. That was disappointing as a first impression. The food and cocktails are delicious but pool was a lot less nice in person. The location was great but we had higher expectations for the service.
