I booked 2 4-room apartments here on July 20. For 3 days, July 20, 21, 22, I contacted the phone number on the booking to arrange check-in but could not call (I informed TVLzk). On July 22, someone claiming to be the owner of the apartment called me to inform me that the bathroom was being repaired and could not accept guests, so he told me to cancel the booking (I notified TVLk) Afternoon at 6:15 p.m. on July 23 tvlk called to inform them that check-in was normal. I did not accept it because I had booked another room because it was already there tomorrow, so I had to find a new room for 15 people. Currently, my refund has not been processed yet
