Got a room on the 3rd floor. With a lot of luggage, 2 travel bags and 2 large bags, but the hotel staff did not help carry the luggage. It's sad to see when the hotel staff has the heart to let elderly people aged 65 and 60 go up to the 3rd floor with lots of luggage.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, the only drawback is that the bathroom is not separated from the room so the water flows onto the floor. Hopefully next time it will be better 😊.
