Our stay ok… near to gate 338….only the problem the elavator which is common in Medina…Reception lady name Samira very friendly and helpfull to us🥰 i give her best rating excellent for her services… really happy manage to booking this hotel….for sure will stay again to this hotel insyaallah.

The room is clean and close to the mosque

All staff were helpful... The room was clean.. Near Masjid Nabawi.

The hotel is comfortable, close to the Prophet's Mosque, but unfortunately, the elevator always has a long queue when going up or down. People always fight over it, and even miss prayer. Please improve the elevator so guests will be more comfortable and come back.

I am very happy to stay here because it is very close to the Grand Mosque. It's just that the elevator takes a bit long to go up or down.

The receptionist refused to accept my booking by referring to app ID. They need a reservation number, which I don't have. Luckily, a friend helped me deal with the hotel.

Wifi: often does not work. Restaurant: lacks variety of menus

Near the Nabawi Mosque. The elevator is full approaching prayer time. Wifi appears and disappears. Overall. Good. Judging from the location.
