Regarding the hotel's amenities such as being close to the beach, beautiful view, and close to the center, there is no debate. But regarding the hotel experience from the outside overview when entering until checking out. After staying for 3 days and 4 nights... there were really many disappointments. For me, the hotel is not really suitable to be called a 5-star hotel. I did not make that judgment for no reason. I am an easy-going customer, but the core values, the basics that a 5-star hotel must have, are not there. I would like to share my feelings. First of all, the exterior, from the steps to the floor of the hotel is quite dirty, I still understand that it is normal to go in during a holiday, there are many guests, and it is near the sea, so having sand on the floor at the entrance to the hotel is normal, but it cannot be left alone, not taken care of, and left dirty like that. I don't know if the Hotel is different from the Residence, but the Residence room doesn't have a foot mat, I find this extremely lacking, the bathroom door also doesn't have a foot mat, so I have to use a towel to wipe my feet. It's very uncomfortable. On top of that, my room is also dirty, before going to bed I have to rub my feet together before getting into bed if I don't want to bring a bunch of dust and sand to the sheets. Finally, the funniest thing about staying in a city view room, I don't know why the refrigerator is hotter than the room temperature, sorry but maybe it should be called a hot refrigerator, I plugged it in and checked but it was still hot, it was around 35-40°C, it couldn't get cold. When checking out, I asked to be laid out (with a fee) from 11:45 to 14:30, for convenience when getting on the bus back to Ho Chi Minh City. 14:20, I brought my luggage down to the lobby myself, it was crowded and it was a holiday, I understood so I tried to wait for the receptionists, after a while it was almost 14:40 when it was my turn, I thought it was done but it wasn't. The receptionist said he was waiting to check some information, told me to wait another 10 minutes. Didn't say anything more until 15 minutes later, another staff asked for information, helped me to finish the procedure. Finished at 15:00 while out at 2:30. Lesson learned for me.
