Lovely experience. First of all: it's the people. the gentleman on the desk was really kind and covered everything well at check in, which was nice as I was arriving late and he brought me to the room = never had that done before. this actually seemed what I would have thought of as Swiss experience.. the precooked - Scrambled eggs were nicely done - a rarity in my experience. And included in the price. Exceptional cooked breakfast options - - - I think 6-8 different tureens! But maybe they should use plastic tongs as they get hot on top of I think were induction plates? Breakfast was included too. The Downsides: The room was small, but you get what you pay for and it was really all I wanted. I think every hotel room need a table and a chair - which my smallish room did not have. I think in most places an option on Low fat milk would be nice. Cereal was in an odd place at breakfast. Pet peeve, the Orangejuice tasted like "concentrated Orange Juice: whereas I think most people would expect "not from concentrate". One issue was vertical blinds in the room - - - this is a no-no. A Basic function of any hotel window should be a blackout capacity. Everything, aside from 1 issue, was scrupulously clean. Notwithstanding it was Zermatt, the pricing was I thought very good for what I got, Overall a really really good experience. I'd love to go back sometime. Really close to the train . Pool was really wonderful!

Really enjoyed staying here! We had a view of the Matterhorn from our room which was fabulous! Hotel is an easy walk to train station, which is great because Zermatt does not allow cars in the city…so everyone comes in on the train. Also breakfast is included so that is very convenient.

Newly renovated, modern room. Excellent location, short walk to ski lift, ski rental and train station. In house restaurants, breakfast buffet included. Very attentive staff. Extensive spa services, lap swimming pool and saunas. We had a great time! Thank you!

Super host

We loved our stay at Mirabeau. Staff friendly and helpful (especially William!), nice room and breakfast was decent. Just a few steps from ski bus stop and around 5 minute walk in boots to the Sunnegga funicular. We will certainly stay here again.

Was amazing! Better than expected.

The hotel was awesome, we had a great time here. Our room was in the new building and everything was so clean and new. I especially loved the large bathroom with windows. We could also see the top of Matterhorn from the room. I also used the swimming pool and spa, both again very clean and nice. The swimming pool was made entirely of stainless steel, so it was super clean.

Amazing hotel. Had a wonderful suite overlooking the matterhorn. So tranquil and beautiful. Very helpful staff, excellent facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing room, location, views, SO clean and well appointed.

4/5 overall! Great front desk staff and restaurant. Noisy due to nearby construction. No towels in pool area and no hotel shuttle but nearby bus route. It was overall good!

Room, Service, Pool and Breakfast were all excellent. Only downside was the single twin beds were abit uncomfortable.

L hotel est tres bien équipé : grande piscine, spas... Nos chambres etaient grandes, bien orientées, confortables Le petit dejeuner tres copieux

Vermisst habe ich vom Hotel eine kleine Geste zum 60. Geburtstag meiner Frau... eine Flasche Wein, ein offerierter Kaffee oder Dessert wäre sicher dringelegen, immerhin haben wir in 3 Tagen doch über SFR 2'000 liegengelassen...
