The hotel staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the bathroom door couldn't be opened fully because the top of the door was against the shower curtain rail. So, whether you wanted to shower or go to the bathroom, you had to squeeze through the gap. There was no hairdryer or iron provided. It's also located inside a shophouse, so if it's outside parking ticketing hours, you'll have to walk to the hotel. 🙌🏻

Booked 2 rooms but the rooms were not automatically adjacent, 1 room was blocked by another guest. For room 1, it was perfect, no minuses, the other room had a window that smelled of cigarette smoke, coincidentally the AC remote's battery was dead and not checked, in this room there was no TV remote either. Luckily, booking 2 rooms complemented each other.

The hotel is clean, the location is near Palembang Mall, there are lots of places to eat... the service is friendly

It's good, but the toilet isn't very clean.

Honestly, it's okay. But the booking states 2 adults, how come only 1 toothbrush and towel are given? Very careless and the water heater doesn't work, the toilet is also a bit dirty and smelly, sorry, it's not cleaned enough or at least use a fragrance. All access is via stairs but no problem. That's it.
