The bar staff was unprepared with plasticware to bring drinks to the pool. They actually didn’t have anything and weren’t sure what to do. The pool is fine but small for the venue.

Phone did not work . Tv did not work . We had no towels in our room and had to ask twice to recieve them. No coffee in the room . Housekeeping never came and we requested it. The property was clean and the spa was excellent . Overall not worth the money , when it is suppose to be a high end spa hotel.

Was there for concert at SPAC. No garbage cans anywhere outside or in room other than small bucket in with toilet. Had to hunt down a housekeeper myself to get more towels and shampoo in shower after going to front desk 3 times over the course of a day was unsuccessful. Also found out that there was supposed to be water in the room that never was there. No sundry store or way to get snacks, drinks or ice, and no room service that we could tell so we had to run to Stewart’s down the street before they closed at midnight. The hotel and room is beautiful and new, everyone was very nice, but I payed extortion pricing (literally almost 2k for 2 nights) for less convenience and service than a Motel 6. Had high hopes for a luxury weekend but would definitely look elsewhere next time I am in town.

Beautiful new hotel. When we got there our room wasn’t ready. Check in was 4:00, didn’t get in room till 5:00. No turndown service or maid to be found anywhere. Only one roll of toilet paper in room, couldn’t find anymore anywhere. The pool and grounds are beautiful as is the restaurant/bar, but for the price, service has to be much better and hotel needs to be properly staffed.

The Brookmere is a gem! The rooms were newly renovated, spacious , clean and beautifully decorated. The plush robes and spa like bathroom were appreciated. I enjoyed my coffee in the morning on the patio with beautiful seating. I wish I had more time to enjoy the amenities but hopefully next time. The pool, sauna and spa are a must for my next visit

New hotel, open about 8 weeks. Great decor. Very spacious room, we chose the king with a sitting room. Water pressure and temp took a little finessing. Plenty of parking and good coffee in the morning. Very close to the golf course and track. Ten minutes from downtown.

Had an excellent stay at the brand new Brookmere Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout was top-notch. I want to give a special shoutout to Jose from the restaurant staff, who helped me with a personal request. His kindness and professionalism really stood out. Great hospitality all around — highly recommend!

Brookmere caught my eye on Expedia for a quick trip home because it looked so cute and called itself a “resort.” Overall, it was a letdown. The space is stylish, but clearly built for aesthetics over function. The check-in area is tucked off to the side with no automatic door or button, so getting luggage in was awkward. Inside, there’s no clear path to the front desk due to a large sitting area that fills the space. I had to drag my suitcase across rug and tile while several staff members stood by. I also saw an older woman struggling with a bell cart and the same issue of no path through the lobby. The employees didn’t seem rude, just new or unsure of how to help. I couldn’t get over how awkward that design was for checking in. In the room, the design felt scattered and impractical. The bathroom light switch is under the towel hooks making it inconvenient to use the switch when towels are drying. There was a bright, iPad-like temperature control lights up the room all night with no dimming option. It shined extremely bright right in front of the bed, the staff said there is no option to dim it. There were also brown beetles, which I trapped under coffee cups. The pool is the size of a few plunge pools, with four lounge chairs. A staff member did come by to check on us and was very kind. The $20 “resort” fee covered two Saratoga waters and some sparse amenities. It all felt overpriced. Cute hotel, but not worth the cost. Not sure I’d stay again.

Unfortunately, the free breakfast fell short of expectations. There was no toaster oven to warm the bagels, no water offered—just coffee, basic bagels, and croissants. It would be great to see a few improvements to make the experience more enjoyable. Our room was not cleaned until we returned in the afternoon and asked the housekeeping staff to clean it. The spa had no services available as no therapists on site.
