Very cozy! I even extended it for 2 days, the staff and cleaning team were friendly, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the AC was cold and when I asked for a change of sheets and new towels, it was immediately approved, I was lucky to get this room🫠💖

The room is very clean and spacey, even it is a studio, we got a really nice room that has the view to the swimming pool, the room decoration is also nice, the air conditioner is also cool. Would appreciate more if there is a thermos/water heater to make coffee but overall I had a really good experience and will definitely recommend this to my friends

It was absolutely amazing, so clean, and there wasn't even a hint of odor. The staff was incredibly friendly, and check-in and check-out were incredibly easy. The bed and room were spotlessly clean, and they looked well-maintained. Hopefully, the room maintenance will be more consistent.

I am Saiful from Pasundan Gatot Subroto Medan. Thank you for upgrading the room, it is comfortable, the AC is cold, there is a TV, there is a living room which is impossible to get at such an economical price. Definitely recommended. Always be successful, Sis. One more thing, thank you for your hospitality which makes staying there more comfortable.
