Refer to your voucher for meeting point information. If you book the Meet & Greet service, your driver will wait at the arrival hall with a sign of your name
Your driver will wait at the pickup point for 60 minutes from the time of the flight's actual arrival time. If you encounter any delays due to personal reasons such as customs delay, contact your driver as early as possible to discuss alternatives
Exceeding the 60-minute grace period will incur a surcharge of per hour. The surcharge is to be paid in cash on-site (actual charges may differ and whether the driver can continue waiting is subject to the condition on the day)
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, road maintenance, strikes, or traffic congestion resulting in travelers missing their flight, the travelers will not be refunded

[Airport Drop-Off]

Drop-off at the airport is available 24 hours a day
Your meeting point is at your hotel lobby or other permitted locations
Provide your pickup time when booking. Allot at least 3.5–4 hours for traffic congestion
Your driver will wait for 15 minutes from the appointed time
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, road maintenance, strikes, or traffic congestion resulting in travelers missing their flight, the travelers will not be refunded

Vehicle capacities:
- 4-seater Sedan: 2 passengers + 2 pieces of luggage
- Minivan: 6 passengers + 6 pieces of luggage
Luggage allowance per passenger:
- Each passenger may carry 1 piece of checked luggage with the sum of the length, width, and height not exceeding 158 cm and 1 piece of carry-on baggage which must not occupy a seat (e.g. laptop bag and small bag)
- Strollers are considered a piece of luggage. If you plan to bring a stroller with you, please notify customer service upon booking
- Disregarding the luggage allowance guidelines may result in service decline. Travelers will be required to pay the surcharge of an additional vehicle to transport extra luggage
- To enjoy a more spacious ride, it is advised to book a vehicle with capacity exceeding the actual number of passenger
