Good to know:

Non-European residents under 18 years and individuals with disabilities along with their accompanying carer get free admission on the first Sunday of every month from November to March. Check the official website for complete information on booking a mandatory timeslot, as well as the daily opening hours and show schedule, prior to your visit.

If you are booking the final timeslot of the day (two hours before closing), it is advisable to arrive earlier. Begin your visit by exploring the gardens before heading to the palace for your selected timeslot.

And you need to do forecast of the date you may visit, though we buy the ticket of skip the line, but everyone there got the same kind of tickets, so the line is snaking almost 3hours and it is outdoor queuing. The storm and rain was heavy and our option was leaving the line. No place to hide from rain, when we wanted to hide from rain in the tend of security check, which was enough space for some place there, the lady was forcing us to leave us in the storm.

Versailles is not that fancy compare with her reviews from internet. Maybe because of I have been visiting another place that a little bit far compare with Versailles. But as a palace, Versailles is huge and having a very lovely view of the garden. You may feel like a princess with tidy and good design in the middle of the garden. Not that worthy to reach Versailles from Paris. But if you have plenty of time, you may visit her.

Enchanting palace! Kalo mau ke sana aku saranin pagi, sekitar jam 8-9. Karena makin siang makin rame banget dan antri masuknya udah berkelok-kelok. But that's all worth it!
