Important Notice:

All visitors of Madame Tussauds™ Singapore are required to register and reserve a time slot for your intended date of visit directly at https://www.madametussauds.com/singapore/tickets/?promocode=PREBOOK all guests visiting Madame Tussauds™ Singapore. After you make your booking, please follow the registration instructions on the website.

All registrations must be for valid ticket holders only.

For fixed dated tickets, please select the same date as appears on your voucher.

For open dated tickets, please select a date within the validity period of your voucher.

Please ensure all participants associated with your booking have a confirmed time slot, including children under the age of three (who do not require admission tickets)

Includes an unlimited DigiPass, a digital photo souvenir service available on site during your visit.

Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

For Madame Tussauds Singapore, vouchers labelled as 'Adult' are also applicable for 'Child'. If you purchased child admission and received a voucher labelled as 'Adult', the voucher remains valid.

* S.E.A. Aquarium:

Free of charge - children three years of age and under.

ALL guests with open-dated tickets, Annual and Season Pass Holders, are required to make a reservation at https://sdm.rwsentosa.com prior to their visit (max 10 pax per registration) until further notice.

Present confirmation of the reservation together with your e-ticket to gain entry into the attraction.

ALL guests without prior reservation confirming the date and time of their visit risk having to wait outside of the attraction until capacity permits entry, OR may be refused entry to the attraction completely if capacity has been reached.

Open-dated tickets with ID numbers (Barcode) that were used to make a reservation, but not used on the registered date of visit (NO SHOWS), will be classified as used, and VOIDED. No refunds and/or requests for a validity extension will be accepted.
