The gardener closed the door but did not inform the guests, the tram driver was late for 45 minutes and then took the reason that he ate so much last night so drunk he overslept. When we arrived, we informed the guests that the cucumber and strawberry gardens were closed while we had actively called to announce the arrival time of the previous day, but the staff did not care about that. You should review your customer care system.

Vast garden, strawberry garden and flowers. Many virtual living corners. Children pick vegetables themselves, so they love it. Enthusiastic guide staff, cute. Will definitely come back.
