The female staff at the ticket exchange were not very friendly! Other than that, it's safe, fun, and really exciting to bring kids to play here, the place is really spacious.

The location and facilities are good, just need improvements such as the place to buy elephant feeding coupons is far from the cage location, there is no visible ticket counter sign so it is too far to go back to the counter, and the merchandise shops are few and minimal, hopefully the next holiday will be better

The zoo is beautiful and shady but unfortunately when I went there it rained until noon so I wasn't satisfied exploring all the animals and wasn't free to feed the animals. Even though what I was looking forward to was the experience of feeding the animals, hopefully I can have another chance to go to Bandung Zoo next time with good weather so I can get a more satisfying experience, as well as introduce various kinds of animals to my children later.

I was a bit surprised because the price went up, but thank God there is Traveloka so it's cheaper..
The experience felt lacking because I don't know why, I felt sorry for the animals, it seems like they are not well maintained in terms of cleanliness, in some of the bird cages the smell is extraordinary, maybe the cleanliness can be improved so that visitors are more comfortable..
The location feels far, you have to go back and forth here and there to see the animals so it's not very time efficient, especially for those who have toddlers who chase each other incredibly, it's better to go from one door to the other so you can exit at the last door..
