Guests will receive an email containing an e-ticket (QR code) immediately after completing the reservation. If you do not receive the email, please contact Traveloka customer support

Please present your e-ticket (QR code) at the entrance gate instead of queuing at the ticket office

If you have a physical disability certificate, a rehabilitation certificate, or a mental disability certificate, please purchase a Hirakata Park admission ticket (for those with a disability certificate) (website in Japanese only). When you present your QR code and disability certificate at the entrance gate, one accompanying person will receive free admission. However, both of you will need a participation ticket for the event, so please purchase one at Frodo's Forest inside the park on the event day
