* Get unlimited rides on the Sanyo Shinkansen (including NOZOMI and MIZUHO, between Hakata and Okayama), Limited Express and local trains (including Rapid services) in the area with non-reserved seats, the JR-West Miyajima Ferry, and Chugoku JR Bus in the area; please note that the pass must be used within the valid period and the service range is subject to change

— Exchange Method—

Ticket vending machines (Self-service): Operate and collect tickets through the green ticket vending machines marked with "passport" icons at each station

• If the ticket machine is out of service or you do not have an e-passport, please visit the designated stations and redeem the pass at the green ticket booth

JR West Ticket Office (Manual): Present your e-voucher and passport to the JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-madoguchi, also known as the Green Window) to exchange for a physical ticket
• There will be no name and passport verification if you choose to collect from the ticket vending machine; however, if you exchange at the counter, the staff will check the name on the voucher and the passport
• Ticket machines are only available for travelers with an e-passport. If you do not have an e-passport or the passport does not work at the ticket machine, please visit the ticket office for a manual exchange

Collect reserved seat ticket: Please redeem the ticket at the green ticket booth or green ticket machine before using
• How to redeem
• If you've run out of reserved seat quota or haven't redeemed the reserved seat ticket, you can still use the pass to ride unreserved seats
• Passes that include unlimited reserved seats: if using the 7th or more times, please go to the green ticket booth to reserve manually and do not redeem at the machine

Only e-passports are applicable to collect physical tickets at ticket machines. The ticket machine supports five languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese

JR tickets operate under a registration system, with a very complicated booking process. Therefore, please ensure that you have provided the required information in order to make a purchase. Please bear in mind that Traveloka is not liable for any delays due to insufficient or incorrect information provided by travelers.

Children require a child pass if occupying a seat in a reserved-seat carriage or traveling alone

Luggage Restrictions: Passengers may bring up to two pieces of luggage, not including carry-ons and smaller bags, each piece may not weigh more than 30kg and its length, width and depth may not add up to more than 250cm, while its length may not exceed 200cm

[Refund Policy] If you want to request a refund after you have redeemed your ticket, please head to the green counter at the station and pay a handling fee (10% of the purchase price) to process the refund

Once the pass is redeemed, the start date and use period cannot be adjusted
