Exchange your voucher for a physical ticket at Counter 5 & 6 (UGF Level).

Present your original and valid ID for verification during the exchange.

Only your voucher is valid for redemption. Proofs of payment and receipts cannot be used.

Once exchanged, present your physical ticket at the entrance. Staff will guide you to the queuing lane for the lift to Orbit Revolving Dining (TH02).

Weekday tickets are valid from Monday to Thursday only. Weekend tickets are valid on Friday to Sunday, and public holidays.

Visitor eligibility

Adult tickets are valid for participants 13 years old and above.

Senior Citizen tickets are valid for participants 60 years old and above.

ID requirements

Participants must present a valid ID for age verification.

Session time selection

Hi-tea is available 15:00 - 17:00, with the last entry at 16:00.

Dress code & restrictions

Slippers, singlets, and short pants are not permitted.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

Additional charges

A window seat add-on for 1 - 6 participants costs an additional RM 58, payable at the Orbit counter and subject to availability.

A maximum of 2 infants can enter for free per booking. If a visitor is bringing more than 2 infants, an additional charge of RM 50 applies per participant.
