“I booked my visit around two weeks prior, at first the issuance was pending, maybe due to end of year high demand? Cos I booked for 31 Dec visit. I finally got the voucher around 2 or 3 days after my booking. I was worried I wouldn't make it because didn't call the administrator number to confirm my visit. I printed out my voucher in case it was needed on the spot. I went there in the morning at almost 8, but had to wait until 9, I thought they open at 8. We got in and got the best experience ”
