Driver was courteous and on time. He assisted us with our bags and opened the doors for us. It was a short drive from the Henann hotel going to the new Panglao airport, less than 20 minutes. The ongoing rate for private airport transfer at the arrival area was 400 pesos. Traveloka rate is cheaper and worth it. The only thing I find redundant is after Traveloka issues the voucher, I have to call Southwest for them to issue me another voucher. The process should be just "one and done".
