Gigantes Island Tour FAQs:
This paradise is only a few hours away from you and here are the ways how you can go there to unwind:
Via Roxas City
- Travel by plane from Metro Manila to Roxas City, Capiz.
- Take a tricycle going to Roxas City Integrated Transport Terminal.
- Ride a Ceres bus going to Carles and alight in Balasan. You can also ride a van bound for Carles and alight at Balasan.
- From Balasan, take a tricycle or habal-habal to the Bancal Port in Carles.
- From Bancal Port, take a boat to Gigantes Norte. Passenger boats run once a day which departs at 10 AM. There are no commuter boats that carry passengers between the islands of Gigantes, so it's more convenient to hire a private boat from Bancal Port to take you on your preferred schedule.
- April to June are the best months to visit the Gigantes Island because it’s the driest season in the Philippines. The weather will be mostly sunny that’s perfect for whatever beach activity you’ll be planning. Don’t forget to bring your sunblock, so as not to damage your skin from too much sunbathing!
- Here at Traveloka Xperience, you can get a Join-In-Trip for as low as P999! This is inclusive of meals, transportation fare for the private boat, entrance fee, environmental fees, island fees, boat captain, travel insurance (for the private boat charter only), and a local tour guide.
