Although the airport operates for 24 hours, most of the attractions are open from 10 AM to 10 PM daily. Some attractions extend their operating hours on the weekend to 12 midnight. The best time to visit the attractions is during the early hours. The queues are manageable especially if you booked a ticket in advance.

We recommend transit passengers to cater for at least 5 hours of transit time to comfortably visit and experience the Jewel.

Guests are encouraged to avoid wearing skirts or dresses onto the Manulife Sky Nets and the Canopy Bridge. Pants are recommended to ensure the modesty of our guests. Covered shoes must be worn when visiting the Manulife Sky Nets.
