Q: Do itineraries A and B ride on the same vehicle?
A: Yes. Travellers of itinerary A will meet at Miahara and wait for the shuttle to proceed to Gaomei Wetlands. Travellers of itinerary B will visit the Rainbow Village and Miyahar in addition to Gaomei Wetlands.

Q: Why are there different departure times for summer and winter?
A: The different departure times are arranged based on the sunset time of the season. Please pay attention to the meeting time and the itinerary of your booking.

Q: Can I bring luggage on this tour?

Applicable to all HSR trains, but the time and seats are subject to availability and can't be guaranteed. If the provided trains are fully booked, other train options or a full refund will be provided

The ticket is a physical ticket. The ticket will be issued within 7 days before the HSR departure date and then shipped to the designated Taiwan address. Or it can be picked up at T1/T2 service counters at Taoyuan International Airport

The HSR booking is open 29 days before the departure date. If you book prior to that, the reservation will be made after the booking is open and the ticket will be sent afterwards

The HSR ticket for the deal has a restriction on the departure/arrival stations. E.g. For a tour starting from Taipei with accommodation in Kaohsiung, the HSR ticket will be for Taipei ⇌ Zuoying. No refunds will be granted for alighting early and the price difference is to be paid for going to extra stops

Travellers cannot designate seats and carts as the seat reservation is made by the HSR system

Full fare: Passengers over 12 years old

Senior: Passengers over 65 years old (on the day of the ride). A valid ID with a photo and birthday is required for verification

Disabled: Passengers with a disability identification/certification. (At the back of the new disability card, the field of"preferential treatment" shall have the annotation of "public transportation," then the companion may purchase a ticket with a 50% off discount)

Child: Children under 12 years old (if taller than 150 cm in height, age verification is required)

Free: Children under 115 cm in height, or over 115 cm but verified to be under 6 years old and not occupy a seat. (To get a seat, please purchase a Child Ticket.) Adult company is required and each paying adult is allowed a maximum of 2 free-admission children.
