By Train
- Take the Kaohsiung Light Rail and alight at the LRT Software Technology Park Station.
- From there, walk towards the Fuxing 4th Rd. The i-Ride Experience Center will be on your right-hand side.
By Bus
- Take the following buses: 168 East Main Line, 168 West Main Line, 72B, or Red16. Alight at the LRT Software Technology Park Station.
- Walk towards the Software Technology Park. The i-Ride Experience Center will be on your right-hand side.
- The best time to try the flying cinema is in the morning, especially if you don't have a ticket reservation. You'll be asked to wait in line for the next available showtime, so you should go as early as you can. It might be very crowded during weekends and holidays, so it's best to go during the weekdays.
- The i-Ride Experience Center is open from Mondays, Wednesdays to Fridays, from 9:30 to 12 noon in the morning and 1:30 to 5 in the afternoon and weekends and Holidays from 9:30 AM to 5 PM. They're closed on Tuesdays.
- Yes, you can. Reservations are only valid during weekdays, including group reservations. Kindly check-in 15 minutes before the show starts.
- The i-Ride experience lasts about 25 minutes, including the exhibition and the i-Ride Theater.
- Dangerous items, food, liquid, bottles, and cans are strictly prohibited.
- Visitors should not run, play, eat, drink, smoke, sit on the floor, gambling, and littering.
- Pets are prohibited inside the experience center.
- Travel bags, luggage, and large items such as umbrellas must be deposited at the counter.
