For those departing from Hanoi, gather at the Old Quarter office for your pick-up at 7:30 pm. The journey begins with a 9:00 pm departure from My Dinh bus station. After a brief rest stop at 11:30 pm, you'll arrive in Ha Giang City by 3:30 am, where a room awaits for a few hours of rest before the tour commences

The tour starts from Homestay Hong Hao. Those departing directly from Ha Giang will join the tour here. Set out for an incredible adventure through Ha Giang

09:00 Begin the tour with a motorbike ride to Ha Giang Loop at the Km0 square, the starting point of the 'Happiness Road' stretching to Meo Vac town. Pass through Bac Sum - the entry point to the "Dong Van Karst Plateau GeoPark". Next, enjoy the picturesque sights of Heaven’s Gate Quan Ba and the Nui Doi twin mountains

Visit Nam Dam village, an idyllic Dao settlement known for its traditional houses and herbal medicine

Ride along the Can Ty Pass, elevated between 1000-1200 meters, and witness the mesmerizing views

12:00 Enjoy local food for lunch at Yen Minh town

14:00 Proceed to Tham Ma Pass, stopping to appreciate its beauty. En route, navigate through 9 windy bends — if you have a drone, the bends make for a great photo!

15:00 Stop at Sung La valley and Lung Cam, visiting traditional Hmong residences like Pao’s house

16:00 Head to Lung Cu flag pole, situated near Lo Lo Chai village, a hub for the Lo Lo minority. This village is accessible on foot

17:30 Check-in at a hotel (or homestay) in Dong Van town

19:00 Dine at Dong Van's Old Quarter, followed by a leisurely exploration of this quaint mountain town
