Templo is a modern Szechuan fusion restaurant sandwiched between a spa and a car wash along Dapitan street. While the restaurant is more popular for their bold and fiery Szechuan dishes like the Native Duck, they also serve staples like tausi spareribs and chicken feet.

Finding this little hole-in-the-wall along Sgt. Esguerra was a Godsend. Lin’s Kitchen specializes in noodles, clay-pot rice, and dim sum. But the best thing about Lin’s is that most dishes go for less than P200, so you can have yourself a feast without worrying about the bill!

It's title of “International Master Chef” might sound like a bit of an over promise but Chef Lau’s decades worth of experience does not fail him. Aside from their modern take on the Cantonese cuisine, the restaurant is also known to serve a limited amount of their fresh dim sum daily. So if you want first dibs on their dumplings, then you’ll have to visit during lunch.
