1. Get cooking! try cooking Being on lockdown has allowed many people to tap into their cooking skills. With most restaurants closed and with limited delivery services, people are more likely to be in the kitchen to whip up their own meals. You might miss eating out, but that doesn’t mean you can’t spice up your food life during this time. Be bold and learn new recipes online or try your hand at baking and learn to make your own bread and other delicious pastries.

2. Exercise

It’s important to keep yourself healthy during this time and staying indoors can easily make you feel lethargic if you don’t get much physical activity throughout the day. Doing cardio raises your heart rate and makes your muscles stronger. You can make your workouts more fun by doing dance routines to your favorite songs online or taking part in workout challenges that you have to complete within a certain period of time.
