No need to worry as we’ve got your back. Here are three reasons why your Traveloka promo code isn’t working, and what you can do about it:
All of Traveloka’s promo codes are valid for a certain period of time. If you’ve entered an expired coupon code, you’ll get an error message that says “Coupon is invalid in this period". If this is the case, you’ll just need to use a valid promo code.

There are two kinds of Traveloka promo codes: one of them is valid on all interfaces, such as the desktop site and the app. The other kind of promo code is app-only. If you’ve entered an app-only coupon onto the website, you’ll get the error message.
If this is the case, you’ll just need to use the promo code on the right interface. You can find out if a promo code is app-only or not by checking the promo page on the website: https://www.traveloka.com/en-ph/promotion
If you’ve looked through a flight or hotel, entered the promo code, and decided not to book it, the promo code still ends up associated with that flight or hotel. If you use the promo code on another booking, the system will not accept it.
Don’t worry, there’s an easy solution to this: you simply have to wait for that previous booking to expire. This takes around two hours, so once the time is up, you can use the promo code again.
