The nearest airport is Tandag Airport, which located 77 kilometers away.

Laoag International Airport – Laoag International Airport is the airport that serves the general area of Laoag. It is the only airport in Ilocos Norte. There are only two airlines that work together with the airport, which are the Philippines Airlines operated by PAL Express and Royal Air Philippines.

  • Sinking Bell Tower - Sinking Bell Tower is an iconic place in Laoag. People often come here to see the bell that sinking. It was built in 1612 and ever since that it has been sinking slowly. However, the bell still is being used every Sunday by the church of St. William's Cathedral. It is an old bell that probably worth your visit as you can hear some stories from locals about the bell.
  • Museum Ilocos Norte - Museum Ilocos Norte is the museum with beautiful architecture and building design. Here store many stories about the province of Ilocos Norte. In this museum, it has some exhibition and galleries that are always changing, but most of them are the work of the locals. This museum focused on cultural heritage. Thus, sometimes you might be able to learn about their culture, such as the way to make the traditional drum. Definitely the right place for history geek.
