Wuyishan is a city located in the municipal region of Nanping of the Fujian province, People’s Republic of China. The city is bordering to Jiangxi on the northwest. The city also used to be under the Chong’an County. Wuyishan is also known to be the Chinese resort city. Besides that, it is known for bamboo rafting on the 9 Bend River. Tourists also come to this city to hike by the countryside towards the mountains. The locals cultivate Wuyi rock tea in this city too.
Wuyishan is suitable to be visited throughout the year. However, the best time to fly to Wuyishan would be in March, April, June and also November. During these months, the weather is starting to warm up a little after experiencing the winter season. So the weather is rather comfortable. The trees and mountains would be green too making it beautiful scenery. During these months also, there is less crowd. It is best to avoid going to the city from May to October as it is the school vacation time. Many locals would be travelling too and the crowd will be more packed than usual. Therefore during these months also, the flights and accommodations too may be at a higher rate.

It does not fly to other Asian countries. Therefore those from Manila will need to go to Bangkok first. The only airlines that operate here are Air China, China Eastern Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, Shandong Airlines and also Xiamen Air.
